The Architect On Call is a "one shot" design meeting for creative ideas with no future commitment.  If you are undecided about your direction, service needs, stay or move, feasibility on timing, budget, or lifestyle issues....(or even aesthetic home repairs)...then this might be a good option for you.  What do you get in a consult session?  We tour your whole home/property for construction, zoning, and space needs.  We interview you about your living patterns, needs/desires,and budget.  When able, we do thumbnail sketches (not to scale) of possible solutions in floor plans and/or elevations/ perspectives on-the-spot.  These loose sketches are left with you.  A session, at our special hourly rate for this service only, usually last between 1 1/2 to 2 hours.  Call, or email, to set up an appointment.  Helpful hints to make best use of your consult time:  a list (or images) of your needs/desires/solution ideas, a copy of your physical survey showing the site conditions, review of your deed covenants for any unique building restrictions, and neighborhood guidelines.  *For price of consult, click on "Pricing" below.
