E-Project International is an architecture firm specializing in commercial, multifamily and residential projects, offering a full range of design and architectural services with personalized attention to detail.
We are dedicated to innovative design solutions that respect each client's economic, marketing and aesthetic goals. Every design we create reflects the culture and atmosphere of its location — and the vision of the client who commissioned it.
Founder & President
Edmir Dzudza has more than 20 years of experience designing and managing residential and commercial construction projects. He earned his graduate and postgraduate degrees in architecture at the University of Sarajevo and spent nearly six years in Italy refining his approach to architectural design.
Before founding E-Project, Edmir served as project architect and project manager at Ganos Associates, Cornoyer-Hedrick and Langdon Wilson, working on major commercial and public projects including the 500-room Marriott Hotel in Scottsdale, the 240,000 SF USAA Interim Facility, and the 25-story, 750,000 SF Maricopa County Administration Center.
Under his leadership, E-Project has completed condominium communities, residential subdivisions, retail and mixed-use projects, and many custom homes — including the 240-unit Bella Victoria condominium project. Edmir is actively involved in sustainable design and the integration of renewable energy technologies into buildings.

Sensible Sustainability
It is our responsibility to design buildings that use less energy, are healthier for their users, and give back more to the landscape than they take. Designs should be well-suited to the program, but also adaptable — functionality and accommodation of present and future uses are essential aspects of sustainability.
