Our work is organized into five project phases. The architect's level of involvement in each phase varies by project, so we developed a simple Tier system — from Tier 1, where E-Project is least involved, to Tier 3, where we manage the most. Working with your builder through construction to keep the design intent intact — all the way to move-in.
For Home Owners
A "one shot" design consultation for creative ideas — with no future commitment. If you're undecided about direction, scope, budget, timing, or whether to stay or move, this is for you.
In a session (typically 1.5–2 hours at a special hourly rate), we tour your home and property, discuss your living patterns, needs and budget, and sketch possible solutions on the spot. The sketches stay with you. It's also a perfect companion for do-it-yourselfers who need professional input at key crossroads — space planning, style, materials, finishes.
Gift certificates are available — a unique present for weddings, housewarmings, anniversaries and holidays.
